The renting period of the villa starts in May and ends in October.

The renting fee per week (10-12 persons max.) varies according to the seasons.

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rents are per week (preferably 2 weeks, from Sunday to Sunday) and rates vary according the season period.
A contract is signed (inventory of fixtures).
A 25% upfront payment , a garentee deposit of 4,000 euros in check.
Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
